Biblical Christianity Says: Work in GOD’S pleasure.
- Misconception: Work is a result of SIN.
Genesis 1:31 God saw all that he had made, and it was very good. And there was evening, and there was morning—the sixth day.
Genesis 3:17-19 To Adam he said, “Because you listened to your wife and ate fruit from the tree about which I commanded you, ‘You must not eat from it,’ “Cursed is the ground because of you; through painful toil you will eat food from it all the days of your life.18 It will produce thorns and thistles for you, and you will eat the plants of the field.19 By the sweat of your brow you will eat your food until you return to the ground, since from it you were taken; for dust you are and to dust you will return.”
Today’s Key Truth: Just because work is DIFFICULT doesn’t mean that it can’t be ENJOYED.
Colossians 3:23-24 Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, 24 since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.

- HONOR (Daniel 6:21, 1 Peter 2:18).
- REFLECTING YOUR FAITH (Daniel 6:20,26).
- Lack of REST (Exodus 34:21).
- Lack of RELATIONSHIPS (Hebrews 10:24-25).
- Lack of RELIANCE on the Lord (1 Peter 5:6-7).
